About the platform

Who is Bizflo designed for?

Bizflo is designed for small business owners and their teams. Its current tools focus on cafés and hospitality, supporting financial oversight, staff coordination and daily operations across one or more locations.

How do invoices inform recipe costs?

Upload supplier invoices or use a supported connected inbox, then review missing details and approve the products and pack sizes used in your recipes. Eligible matching invoice prices update linked costings. Unapproved or incomplete inputs remain flagged. Invoice totals represent purchases; stock on hand and consumption require separate records.

Which profit and loss reports are available?

With Xero connected and configured, you can view its profit and loss report. Location reports require mapped Xero tracking. Additional management P&L and weekly reviews depend on workspace setup. Their results are provisional, use recorded data and require complete source coverage.

Can I review FOH and Kitchen separately?

Where department reporting is configured, Weekly Review shows FOH and Kitchen takings, invoice purchases and pay separately. Percentages use each department’s takings. Reviewed shared invoice items can be split equally between the departments; sales and payroll retain their own assignments. Unallocated amounts remain visible for review.

How should I interpret costs and margins?

Recipe costs use ingredient quantities and eligible supplier prices; cost percentages compare those costs with selling prices. Configured menu reports combine matched costings with recorded sales to show contribution and margins. Unmatched products are identified separately. These figures exclude other expenses involved in running the business.

How are attendance and labour reported?

Staff use Time Clock to record attendance and breaks, with completed shifts submitted for timesheet review. Clocking requires authorised staff access and configured location verification. Labour reporting separately compares published rosters with completed Square timecards, using available rates and matched net sales. Posted Xero payroll is presented separately for reconciliation.

How is access managed across businesses and locations?

Access is limited to the businesses, locations and records authorised for your account. Within that scope, you can view individual locations and compare supported reports. Invoices and recipe costs are linked to their selected location, while financial breakdowns depend on available source data and location mappings.

How can I access Bizflo?
